How do I return a product?
Please contact ServerPartDeals through our eBay store to initiate a return. Please have the following information available.
Order Number for the item being returned
Serial number for the item being returned
Details of reason for return
Preference of replacement or refund
Will I get a full refund?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund as part of our satisfaction guarantee.
After 30 days, returns may only be processed for replacements or store credit.
Certain items, special orders, and large capacity SSD?s are subject to approval before full refunds will be granted.
It?s past 30 Days from purchase. Can I still get a refund?
For an RMA past 30 days, the item can only be returned for the following reasons.

Failure
Items returned for DOA or Failure after 30 days will be tested upon receipt of the RMA. Any items that pass testing will be charged a restocking fee of up to 25%.
ServerPartDeals will make every possible effort to return the drive and reduce the restocking fee if possible.
ServerPartDeals will have full discretion on restocking fees.
For items returned after 30 days and found upon testing to not be defective, the customer will provide for return shipping costs.
Replacements
How do I receive a replacement?
Replacement under ServerPartDeals warranty
Contact ServerPartDeals with your replacement request and reason for the request through your eBay account.
If the item is no longer in stock and can not be replaced, your order may be refunded in full.
ServerPartDeals has the right to provide replacements or refunds and will make every effort to replace defective items.
After receiving an RMA number, you can return the item to be replaced.
Under a manufacturer warranty
We will handle the manufacture return and replacement for you. However, if we do not have the item in stock, it may take up to 2 weeks to obtain a replacement.
Who pays for return shipping?
ServerPartDeals will provide return shipping for items, within 60 days of purchase, being replaced within the contiguous United States if the item is received Dead on Arrival or Failed.
These replacement reasons will be verified upon receipt of return.
International replacement shipping charges need to be paid by the customer prior to shipment and ServerPartDeals will provide a discounted shipping rate.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Your ServerPartDeals warranty can be claimed by contacting the RMA department. Please have the following information.

Manufacturer warranties should be claimed directly with the manufacturer unless within 30 days of the purchase. We do offer support to help you through the process of the manufacture warranty claim.
Do I receive a refund or replacement if I have a warranty claim?
ServerPartDeals will make every effort to replace items of warranty claims. If the item is not available for replacement, ServerPartDeals will issue a refund if within 1 year of purchase.
