SEMO Smokers LLC rotisserie smoker. SS 3036. This model is a 30x36 that has 4-10x32 cooking racks. The cooking drum is made of 1/8” steel and the fire box is 1/4” steel. This cooker comes standard with a prep shelf, 2” drain, 120V Dayton motor that produces 1 revolution per min of the meat. This is also standard with plated legs or legs with heavy duty casters. ALL smokers can be build on a trailer for and additional 500 dollars. Trailers will have a 2000# axle with radial tires. Trailer will include a storage rack for wood as well.
